A lot of their employees come from Uber corporate so that does make sense why they ask for that as that is an Uber hiring move.
BELLHOP ATLANTA FREE
Needless to say, I would say save your time when people tell you to do a presentation as that is free labor. Hence the title name, nowhere in the description does it say to strengthen their workers. The presentation description literally talks about internal communication structures for their workforce. Bellhops has offices in Chattanooga, Atlanta, Austin, Chapel Hill and in.
BELLHOP ATLANTA HOW TO
He told me that they wanted me to present on how to create a stronger workforce. Bellhops has 521 employees across 22 locations and 58.6 m in total funding. I had to inform him that he could have just emailed me back and told me this as the conversation was 1 min and 12 seconds long. At 5 pm the hiring manager calls me to tell me I did not get the role. The only one that did was the initial hiring manager, and at 12 pm he said: "Do you have time to speak at 5 pm or tomorrow at 10:30 am?" Of course I say 5 pm, but why I had to wait 5 hours I have no idea. Lastly, I sent a thank you email to all those involved and no one responded with thank you. Don't think I am writing this because I didn't get the job, rejection is part of the interview process. It was the most unprofessional thing I had ever witnessed. Nobody makes eye contact with you like they were scared to talk to you. So much so I just stopped talking most times and let him speak.

Whenever I would speak to him he would say "Yeah yeah, yeah yeah" every single time.

During my presentation, the gentleman would wind his watch in his hands while I was speaking, mind you, his watch does not wind so I have no clue why he was doing this. I could already tell this was going to be a strange situation. Literally not moving while she is talking to me and having his own separate conversation with Another hiring manager. The C level employee walks in and stands in between her and I and just stands there. Before my presentation started I was speaking to a woman. This is where my experience becomes a nightmare. Upon completing the presentation I interviewed with 5 people. Bellhop is a federally regulated property broker that connects you with independent labor and/or transportation. Which is essentially free labor as they can have multiple people do the exercise and not hire any of them and just take the ideas. After that, I was moved to the next round and given an assignment. At the end of the interview, he said to me " Next time, let the interviewer lead" as though he was appalled that I would ask questions during the interview. During the interview, we both exchanged questions as we are both trying to see if this is a good fit for both parties. This interview process was not a very good one in my opinion and I will let you all proceed with caution should you want to pursue this company. Let me preference this with the fact that I have never written a review in my life on Glassdoor.
